Unique microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for the convection cooking features which we thought seemed really cool. Did not realize the microwave part was only 900 watt (our fault for not checking) so when using the microwave only it definitely is a little slow. R tried using the convection cooking to bake some cookies but it didn't really work. They cooked unevenly and were fully browned on top but still raw on the bottom. I am still going to try something like rolls, hopefully that works as making rolls while cooking in the oven was a big selling point.

Hello, Gasnewbie. We appreciate hearing from you. We’re bummed to learn about the hiccups you’ve encountered. For best results, when using the convection feature, always use the round wire rack. Also, reduce package/recipes temps 25° for baked goods. Keep in mind, the round wire rack is required for good circulation and even browning. Great product!

The stupidest exhaust fan I have ever seen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stupidest exhaust fan I have ever seen. Every time you turn on the exhaust fan, get ready to sanitize the cabinet on top of it. Who is the idiot the thought of this design!

Luxurious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's amazing having another way to heat up leftovers so they don't go to waste. My family seems to actually want to eat the leftovers because they taste as if I just made a fresh meal. The convection feature also allows me to freshly cook multiple platters in conjunction with my oven. I also enjoy that the microwave is seamlessly quiet. I will admit I do catch myself looking at the microwave because it is truly a nice looking appliance. I enjoy the bigger screen and it being in the middle. The LED lighting really is a game changer. It can be troubling trying to look at the time while far away but with it being brighter it tends to help. This appliance seems very luxurious and having it for only a few days I already feel confident giving it a 5 star rating.
