[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this microwave keeps blowing the fuse. I have had an electrician run brand new wires and it is still happening. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. NO ONE HELPS and they claim parts have been ordered. ITS BRAND NEW and I cannot use it. Waste of money. Very disappointing

Don't buy for convection
on October 25, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this for the convection feature, period. We had a perfectly good microwave already. The convection feature is not good. We put the rack in with a fairly accurate glass oven thermometer. Set the temperature to 425 degrees. Preheat end notified us at about 200 degrees. Put in 10 chicken wings on a small baking sheet. Took 30 minutes to get to 300 degrees. At 45 minutes it was slightly higher, 310 degrees, and we gave up. It did heat the wings OK at that point. But they were pre-cooked. Not sure I would trust it with anything raw. The visual design and quality are fine, but they really dropped the ball on the convection feature. I do not recommend purchase.

Love the sleek design and unique features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this microwave for just over a week and I am pretty excited about it.
Not only can you microwave as usual, you can also use it as a convection oven to cook small portion items. That feature has been used almost daily since we got it. We have cooked small batch of cookies, french fries, roasted vegetables, and flat bread pizzas. It heats up fast and seems to require less energy than heating the larger oven. And...metal does not seem to be a problem in this microwave - not sure how they do that, but we can use a metal pan with no problem.
My 17 year old son loves this appliance. He uses it for most of his cooking needs - heating up leftovers, thawing frozen muffins, and cooking a frozen foods for lunch.
The control panel is a bit complex at first and I find i have to refer to the instruction manual a bit, but with that said, the features it has are incredible. There is a melting/softening feature, sensor reheat and cooking feature (honestly haven't figured these out quite yet) and convection cook and roast. this is truly a multi-function appliance that allows me to clear up counter space and get rid of the toaster oven on my counter.
Only frustration I have had is with the convection cook - when preheating for convection - it asks for me to input the cooking time needed... if you mess that up, (ex, 20 seconds instead of 20 mins) it turns off the convection after the time expires. That wasn't clear - I reset it for 20 mins and it switched to microwave mode. Needless to say - 20 minutes on microwave burned the heck out of the items in the oven.
All in all, we really like this convection microwave appliance. It looks really sleek - both inside and out, and the functionality is so much more than a microwave can deliver. We are looking forward to all we can do with it!

Replaced a GE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My GE Profile died before turning 3 years old. The Frigidaire is a better appliance. The exhaust fan is far superior to the GE.

Does WAYYY more than a microwave alone
on March 14, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this from an online retailer to go with the rest of my gallery kitchen appliances. I like the no handle sleek front appearance from other microwaves. It said it was a combination micro convection oven, whatever that meant. It installed straightforward enough. Then I read the manual. It’s a traditional microwave, however, the full polished stainless steel interior is a clue this is no ordinary microwave. It can be used to convection bake. You can use metal in the microwave in this convection mode. It has metal racks provided to use while in convection mode so it’s like a second mini oven. Popcorn bags? No trouble, it has multiple sizes for smaller and bigger bags. There are presets for making pizza, potatoes, etc. The LED lighting and fan work well too. There is so much it can do, I have the manual nearby so I can experiment with just what to try next. I never thought of a microwave as more than a reheating tool in the kitchen, until now. For what you get, the price is worth every penny.
