A weaker microwave with excellent design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, I am a little disappointed with the power output of this microwave. For example, it takes 2:30 to heat up a cup of water for tea, as compared to other microwaves' 1:30 to 2:00. That being said...
This microwave has an excellent design, and I find myself liking the convection option. Both the convection and combination cook options take a little more time than the manual says, but they've cooked chicken and pheasant breast very well for me. This microwave is spacious, too, especially for an OTR. I like the multiple rack option. The controls being at the bottom are nice, and the multiple fan speeds, light settings, and beep volume settings (especially the mute) are nice.
If you think you'd like the ability to convection cook (better than heating up the whole stove oven to roast a single chicken breast), then I'd say go for the convection model. Be warned that the power output is a little weak.

Quiet and Even Heating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family of five has been putting the new microwave through the paces and we are very satisfied with the features and performance. I feel like the Whirlpool we previously owned was very outdated even though it was only a few years old. I am very impressed with how quiet the unit it. Literally half the noise of our old unit without sacrificing heating time. Not only does the new sleek design look great but they even included not one but two under wave LED lights. Can't tell how much of a pain it to find and install the old incandescent bulbs. So far we are very happy with the unit!

Great features!

It does everything your typical microwave does BUT it also has a convection oven feature! My kids can never agree on the same thing for lunch. With the convection oven feature, I don’t have to heat up my entire oven just to heat up 16 pizza rolls! Using the typical microwave leaves them soggy but when using the convection oven option, they were nice and crisp. The only negative to the convection option was that I found it to be a little louder than a typical range when using the convection option. The rest of the features have worked really well. The melt/soften feature softened my cream cheese like a champ.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many positives to having this Gallery package. I had the oven, and all of the cook top going Sunday, and my kitchen never got hot. The eyes don't turn on unless you have a pot or pan on them. No accidental burns, that's a great safety feature because my grand's often times visit the kitchen when I'm cooking. The heat is also consistent within the eyes so no more burned food. The fact that i can walk away for a moment and it doesn't burn my food makes me "super happy". One of the best parts is the clean up, a quick wipe down and it looks brand new again. There oven performed great as well. The air fry aspect was perfect the wings were actully crunchy as if i had fried them in oil. The biggest thing i was looking for in the microwave was a perfectly popped bag of popcorn....success. I haven't even touched on all of the microwave/ convection uses yet.
If your looking for something that performs superbly, is energy efficient, and environmentally friendly, this package is for you. The only con for me was having the right pots and pans. A magnet has to stick to them to be able to use them on this stovetop. It's worth the purchase of a new pot and pan set for the delicious food you'll be able to prepare though.

Hot Garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waited 4 weeks to get from store, unboxed and installed. Attempted to use and it did not work. Powered on, lights came on timers worked etc, but would not heat at all on either microwave or convection. The light underneath for the stove put out great light but considering that was all that worked. We returned to store and was told it would be potentially 1st of the year to get another one due to Covid back log so we bought a different brand instead and had it in 3 days.

Not able to mount as is

I bought this over the stove microwave……having trouble installing the template on the bottom of the holes to mount through the cabinets are wherethe cabinets meet on each end do you have special bracket for this application?
