Such an impressive microwave

Not worth it

Not at all good it’s not pre heating within in few minutes and the product is not sturdy

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We're sorry to hear you have some reservations with your new microwave. When using convection, the microwave should preheat to most temperatures in under 10 minutes. However, you can also use this function without preheating if you prefer! Instructions are on page 14 of your Owner's Manual. Microwave very good. Convection and exhaust fan not so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works fine. The convection function never seems hot enough to cook anything. The vents for the exhaust fan are located in the BACK of the unit, directly above the smallest burners on the stove below. I don't fry hamburgers or stir fry in a wok on the BACK burners. The front burners are larger and more powerful but the exhaust only pulls about 1/2 the steam from them. The other half goes right up on my white cabinets. I can't imagine why the lights were put in the front and the vents were put in the BACK. I am very disappointed!
