I bought this 6 weeks ago it had some operating issues from the start and Frigidaire replaced it with another one the replacement has been working super perfect in every way has super exhaust fan bright display light, easy to use features no need for any guessing,

We bought this product a couple of months ago while renovating our kitchen. We are extremely pleased with the design and capabilities. The combination of microwave, convection oven and hood fan are great for smaller spaces.

We had this unit installed in August 2022. Unfortunately, the control panel board, located in the door, failed after just a year, in September 2023. This issue highlights a poor design choice, as the control panel's location within the door exposes it to potential damage. The wiring routed through the door hinges to the back of the unit further complicates the situation. Additionally, this microwave is exceptionally heavy due to its glass components. As a result, the unit features four notches in the back for mounting, as opposed to the usual two, and it requires three screws for proper installation, rather than the standard two found in other aluminum finished microwaves. It's worth noting that the installation by Trail was also less than ideal, as the lag bolts were not secured to a stud as they should have been. In summary, despite its elegant appearance, this microwave's performance has been subpar, and its substantial weight adds to the overall inconvenience. I would steer clear of any brand that utilizes glass construction and incorporates a control panel in the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
