Cleaning stove is nightmare

Not what I expected-in a bad way

This range has a good, rugged look about it until you try to use it. The only burner to actually boil water in a timely manner is in the back left of the range top. A better place is a front location. The major setback are the wire racks in the oven. They won't hold a roasting chicken in a 5 qt Dutch oven without severely sagging. Not sure what is going to happen with our 22-pound Turkey this Christmas season. My opinion is the range is cheaply manufactured, not what I expected.

My only complaint would be that I want to buy new knobs for the range because I was unaware that the knobs were not dishwasher safe and now my knobs do not have the writing on them to let me know the cooking level. I wish the knobs were dishwasher safe or I wish there was a way to order new knobs.

Works well, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The back panel behind the left back burner is peeling. Is this a plastic film that we were supposed to remove? I made a pot of soup today and the pan melted a small area across the back which is now coming off.
