Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this oven the first part of December. It seems like the oven doesn’t cook things thoroughly but the top of everything gets burned. I decrease the temp by 25 degrees as recommended, but this doesn’t help. At this point I’m very disappointed because all my holiday baking and dinners were a bust. Just praying things get better because this was quite an expensive item and I can’t afford another purchase to replace the oven.

Doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Frigidaire gallery set for our new home 3 years ago. The burner tops were worn quickly and the oven is already broken. It doesn’t heat up. We paid an awful lot of money for it not to work already. I’m sure if we have to have someone come to look at it, it’s going to costly.

If your oven is heating, make sure the power cord is plugged properly into the outlet. Check your fuse or breaker box to make sure the circuit is active. Be sure the regulator gas valve is turned ON, see installation instructions for more information. Check to see if the time of day is not set. The clock must be set to operate the oven. Lastly, have you checked the door gasket for damage? Woven materials are essential for a good seal. Care should be taken, not to rub, damage, or remove the gasket. Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the standard option for our new construction home. The stove and oven themselves work perfectly fine and i have no complaints. However, the chrome covering on the knobs is flaking off and peeling after only a month of living in the house. I'm guessing its the heat from the oven as they are all peeling off on the bottom side facing the oven door

Not what I was expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this expecting it to have the griddle price in the middle and it didn’t come with it and can’t be ordered. This was totally disappointing! Overall, the gas feature is great but I am noticing a small amount of rust forming on the grill plates and I am very careful about how I am cleaning.

I'm cooking Again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the various features of this range. The center burner is fun for pancakes on the griddle. I have also used the Quick Boil. Wow! it is quick.
The thing I'm most disappointed with, is the bottom drawer does not close all the way. The front of the drawer is designed with a flat piece of stainless steel folded in at the top to produce about a 1 inch lip. The metal is then folded down about an inch creating a 'C'. This design creates a 1/2 - 1 inch gap at either side of the drawer. It may not sound like a big deal, but, from experience, I know at the very least, dust will settle in that drawer and on anything I store in it.

Great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range came with our new home. The steam clean feature is nice when you don’t have time to do a full self cleaning.
The quick bake feature seems to be almost the same as convection that I’ve had on other ovens. The cast iron grates are strong, and can go in the dishwasher. Our only complaint is that it’s very easy to accidentally bump the burner knob and have some gas flowing by mistake. It would be good to have a push to turn feature to lock them on the off position.

Good features, but delicate parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove was a part of a new build house we bought, and works well. The issue we have is that we have been in this house since May 19, 2021 (2 1/2 months) and the grate/grill part is already cracked. We positioned it back in place, but this is temporary. We need a replacement part, however we feel after only 2 1/2 months, we should not have to pay for this. .
