Stovetop works great, oven does not.

Had this a month and the oven was not calibrated. Even had a technician come out and said everything was working fine. Here's the problem: The pre-heat is useless as this goes off 75 to 100 degrees lower than the desired temperature. Found this out when I tried cooking a pizza. Pre-heated the oven to 425. When the pre-heat light went out I put the pizza in and it did not cook it. Over 1 hour later the pizza was still not cooked. When I placed an oven thermometer in it only registered 300 degrees. So I went to the manual to find out how to calibrate my oven and had to adjust the temperature to its maximum degrees over what it says on the oven display. I just do not understand the purpose of the Pre-heat and Oven light when they both go off well below the set temperature. I am now having to cook with an oven thermometer to determine the oven temperature because I cannot trust the oven light. It does eventually get up to temperature now with the increased adjustment, however, it takes almost 45 mins to an hour to do so.

Great features- but weakly made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is great. However, after a month of use, the wear and tear is beginning to show. The steel is weathered. I worry how it would look after 1 year of use.

Great range

Best Range I ever had

The over heats up quickly and stays at the set temperature. The convection bakes cookies twice as fast and better than old oven.

Very good stove and oven!

Issues out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this brand new a few weeks ago. Looks very sleek and I like the closed caps on the burners. However, the preheat function didn't work properly - I would expect a new unit to be fully functional. Also, the burner caps have already started to discolor. Haven't tried the other functions yet.

Amazing Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove has changed how I cook. The special burners allow you to boil quickly or simmer on low for hours. The oven heats up super quick and has the features I need with no extra fluff. I love the way it looks in my kitchen too. Only complaints are that the timer doesn’t keep beeping, if you are out of the room and miss it the first time, it won’t beep again. Also, the grates are a little far from the burners on the stovetop. Knowing these things, I’ve made adjustments and continue to love this appliance.
