Nightmare

Hi Anette!
I hate that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and apologize for your experience. In researching, I was able to see it recommends, prior to using your cooktop for the first time, apply a ceramic cooktop cleaning cream to the ceramic surface. Clean and buff with a non abrasive cloth or pad. This will make cleaning easier when soiled from cooking. The cooktop cleaning cream leaves a protective finish on the glass to help prevent scratches and abrasions.
Also, sliding aluminum, cast iron, or copper bottomed pans on the cooktop can cause metal markings and these marks should be removed immediately after the cooktop has cooled using the cooktop cleaning cream. You are able to locate any cleaning steps in the Use and Care Guide that originally comes with your purchase. I certainly hope this helps!

Nice but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the functioning of the range. Oven handle came scratched, very disappointing, wish i had seen it at delivery. Would like to get the handle replaced. Seems the black stainless is easy to scratch and can't be fixed?? Would not recommend it, go with all black, much better, wish i had done that.

I did not realize that the flat top stove would be so quick to get dirty and so difficult to clean - but that is not a fault of the range, just my personal preference. It works great though, so as long as you like that flat top design, this is a great range.

The most BANG for your BUCK

The stainless steel mixed with black goes with our entire kitchen so it fits right in! Love it and we plan on buying more Frigidaire Gallary appliances (we already have the dishwasher which is great too).

The oven has been the best feature for me. I love to bake. Just wonderful. I would recommend this Frigidaire stove.
