Great oven/range

Hard to clean.

This stove works fine but the stove top is really hard to clean. You have to keep rubbing with a soft cloth to get it clean. I use the stovetop cream but it still it hard to clean. I had a whirlpool stove for 18 years. It took one swipe with a cloth or sponge to clean the top. Sure wish I still had that stove!

The cook surface is extremely hard to clean. I spend 20 minutes a day cleaning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Uh oh, Cooksey! We don't want you to have to spend so much time cleaning! We recommend using a cooktop cleaning cream, such as CermaBryte, to clean the surface. You can also find tips for keeping it nice and clean on page 37 of the following Owner's Manual:

Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not buy!!!!!! The first time I heated up the stovetop all the defects in the glass appeared. You can only use a fraction of the shelf inside the range or it will burn the element out since the temperature sensor is on top and the heater element is on the bottom. It arrived with the frame by the feet bent in back. Upon further investigation found out the sheet metal used is so thin you can bend it by hand with no effort. Definitely not built to last. Tried calling customer service four times and it says that the wait on hold will be 10 minutes stayed on hold for an hour twice just to get hung up on and tried the call back option but never got the call.

Recommend silicone counter to gap insets and we bought a smooth top cover for when it’s not in use and it’s not hot! Gives extra protect to the glass and more kitchen work space !

Easy to operate and stylish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took delivery in September 2022, but due to some electrical issues we didn’t get the unit installed until October. We’ve been using the new range for almost a month. It’s a huge change to the old range.
The glass top is easy to clean. I just need to remind others it’s not light having the old style elements, so be careful to not drag pots and pans across it. The quick boil is great to get that water boiling quickly. The two zone burner is handy when I need to have two large pots on the stove. The two zone does heat up quite a bit even on the low setting, so I usually just use the small zone when simmering.
The oven has been easy to use as well. I haven’t used the convection for anything but reheating yet. It does a fantastic job of reheating leftover pizza and garlic bread quickly. The regular bake method works well. We haven’t used the broil feature yet, mainly because I want to keep as clean as possible for as long as possible. Although I’m excited to try the steam clean feature.

The Perfect Electric Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had purchased my electric Frigidaire stove years ago. It's actually a perfect stove and has made cooking and baking enjoyable again. My old stove was 20 years old and the two of the four burners no longer worked and the oven was so hard to clean properly. My new Frigidaire is incredibly easy to use and looks fantastic in my kitchen. I love the glass top stove and the digital readout which is simple to use and clean up is a breeze. I've only owned it for a few weeks but already I've hosted several dinner parties and have been so impressed with how enjoyable it is to bake again.

not worth the money

glass cooktop does not clean up well and scratches very easly i have owned this oven for a month and miss my kenmore and wish i bought a kenmore again , the bottom draw is very cheaply made and the back with the knobs and buttons is very flimsy
