Scratches and hard to clean too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am SO careful with my stove too, but have several scratches on it and eveything that gets spilled is almost impossible to get it off without scrubbing forever

We would recommend cooktop cleaning cream that would prevent scratches and makes cleaning the cooktop easier. Apply a few drops of cooktop cleaning cream directly to the cooktop. Use a clean paper towel to clean the entire cooktop surface. Make sure the cooktop is cleaned thoroughly, leaving no residue. Love the Look!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this stainless steel electric range to replace our "still working" 25 year old white one. The finger resistant finish is awesome! The features are easy to use. You do have to be careful with the types of pots and pans used on this glasstop. It can scratch easily. We do clean it using a stove top cleaner after every use. I love that it compliments our other Frigidaire products.

I was a bit disappointed I didn't get a new broiler with it. Thought all Ranges and Stoves came with a new one. my racks are turning a tade bit black speckles on them not sure why that's happening.

Nickel and diming

Why doesn't Frigidaire give new owners even a sample size of glass top cleaner? Before you can use your new stove, you have to go out and buy this product. After spending hundreds on a new stove, why should I have to pay more?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The person who approved the black top finish should be terminated. It is extremely difficult to clean. I have used a bottle of Weimans Glass Cook Top Cleaner and rolls and rolls of paper towels. I am retired and like to cook. I am now looking for excuses not to cook because the top is too hard to clean. I also bought a microwave and a DW which are both great. Within 2 weeks the top was scratched.
