Control panel

Decent at best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest con with this oven is the glass top. I can only assume this is the same with all glass top ranges, but this thing scratches waaayyy too easily. We even purchased a brand new set of cookware, designed for use with glass top ranges, and it still scratches too easily. The convection setting is a nice feature, and it cooks fairly well, but we're still getting used to the unit. Only time will tell how the range performs, but as of now, it's decent at best.

We would be glad to help. We typically recommend that prior to using your cooktop for the first time, apply a ceramic cooktop cleaning cream to the ceramic surface. Clean and buff with a clean paper towel. This will make cleaning easier when soiled from cooking. Cooktop cleaning creams leave a protective finish on the glass to help prevent scratches and abrasions. Sliding aluminum, cast iron, or copper-bottomed pans on the cooktop can cause metal markings on the cooktop surface. These marks should be removed immediately after the cooktop has cooled using cooktop cleaning cream. Metal marks can become permanent if not removed prior to future use. Do not slide anything metal or glass across the cooktop or use your cooktop as a cutting board or work surface in the kitchen. Outstanding Stove- We love it!!

We had this stove delivered about two weeks ago and we love it. They took our old stove out and put in the new one quickly and easily. I noticed while stove heats up very quickly and bakes evenly with the quick bake convection. There is no more waiting for water to boil because it has a quick boil setting. Cleaning the oven was easy too with the 3 cycle different option for self-cleaning. I didn't realize how much I was missing out on until I got the new range.

Great except do not use aluminum foil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven works great but I placed aluminum foil in the bottom as i have done in my previous ovens. It melted and now will not come off. Then I saw the raised lettering stating not to do this. I guess it is my fault but I wish it had come with a sticker or something warning you.
