Really Good Stove and Excellent Oven

So the great side is the oven - the down side like with all these is cleaning the glass which is totally lame. The oven is a normal size, but the convection fan is pretty darn good. The look of it is great and goes well with most appliances. We were going to get an expensive LG one and matching microwave, but could not justify it after looking at this model. Honestly, this and a matching Frigidaire Microwave look solid enough for us. But, like with everything that comes with electric stoves, the glass is a severe pain to clean!!! I hope the picture helps with context. These companies need to come up with decent technology to clean these things with.

Steam Clean doesn't work properly

After running steam clean, most of the water (I used 1 cup as directed) is still at the bottom of the oven, there's a bit of condensation on the door, but the sides of the oven are bone dry and only warm to the touch. I also can't figure out how to have it display the cleaning cycle time remaining continuously. I have to press the self clean button, but then seconds later the display reverts back to the clock.
