Attractive and works well except for glass top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this range to match other appliances. It mostly works well. I want to alert other buyers about the glass top. I don’t know why it is not the same as the previous two glass top stoves I have had in the past. I have had it for six weeks and it is chipped in two places. Major chips. We are a family of two and not big cooks. It doesn’t take much. Secondly cleaning the stove top is harder than I have ever experienced. The top gets cloudy and even water stains require a lot of time. I used glass cleaner on my old stove, just spray and wipe. This one I only can use the cream stove cleaner. More toxic and more steps involved.

Consistent and proper cleaning is essential to maintaining your ceramic glass cooktop. For light to moderate soil: Apply a few drops of cooktop cleaning cream directly to the cooktop. Use a clean paper towel to clean the entire cooktop surface. Make sure the cooktop is cleaned thoroughly, leaving no residue. Do not use the towel you use to clean the cooktop for any other purpose. For heavy, burned on soil: Apply a few drops of cooktop cleaning cream directly to the soiled area. Rub the soiled area using a non-abrasive cleaning tool, applying pressure as needed. Do not use the pad you use to clean the cooktop for any other purpose. If soils remain, carefully scrape soils with a metal razor blade scraper, holding scraper at a 30-degree angle to the surface. Remove loosened soils with cooktop cleaning cream and buff the surface clean. We hope that this information is useful to you. Good bang for the buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A nice stove with some excellent perks, a warming zone on the stovetop is great to keep things warm while cooking the rest of your dishes for your meal. The oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly!
