Happy with cooking ability not with top

But I cannot find a solution to the top having streaks, and almost like residue on the glass!
I can’t get it to be streak free!
Have tried windex with paper towels , magic eraser , plan soap and water and nothing gets its streaks free!

Cooks so evenly!!

My bother had a figidaire in his home that still works beautifully after 8 years. So I chose the gallery series. It cooks so well and evenly. The look and feel is very solid and sturdy. I love it! Only thing...it is flat top so needs polishing to maintain brand new look. I polish and buff after each use and looks great
