LOVE IT THE ONLY THING I DO NOT LIKE IS THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO CLOSE IT WITHOUT TOUCHING THE STAINLESS WHICH LEAVES PRINTS. OTHERWISE DOES THE JOB AND IS GREAT!

Replacement trash compactor

It is difficult to open the drawer and there is no handle.

Horrible experience!

Installed 2 days ago. Didn’t work from the beginning. Just waiting for Monday to call installing company to try to get it fixed.

Definitely not up to Monogram standards

I chose this as I’ve always had good experiences with Monogram appliances. This lasted a little over two years and now needs a repair that will cost as much as a new one. I definitely won’t be buying this one again.

Broke twice in first year SAME PROBLEM

If it kept working it would be fine BUT the plunger stopped coming down requiring a service call and it just happened again!

Needs handle and too noisy.

Trash compactor is replacing one I installed myself 14 years ago. Motor needs replacing but part is no longer available. New compactor looks similar to old one except drawer does not have a handle. This isn’t good because you now leave fingerprints on the front stainless steel drawer front when pushing it closed. All competitive models still have handle. Compactor is also louder when operating.
