Good, but not great

I wish this had a feature to push down and hold down to compact. Our old one has that and it compacted much better. This compactor is good, but not great.

Poor quality, jams. Have had repaired for the same issue 4 times in less than a year! Didn't come with hardware to attach the panel. Called several times but never sent hardware

Out of alignment and noisy rollers

I purchased this compactor not realizing how poor the equipment would be. The door is aligned too far to the left and the wheels are very loud

Not very sturdy

I’m a bit disappointed with this product. We installed it less than 8 months ago and it’s already broken. The lower ball bearing wheel disintegrated. The trash bin cannot be pushed in or pulled out making compacting impossible. Replacement wheel has been ordered twice, it hasn’t arrived yet. I’m hoping a new wheel will be more durable and repair my compactor to proper working order.
