Sleek and modern

My first and only trash compactor was a Kenmore, which lasted over 31 years. And probably could have lasted longer if I had of replaced the motor. The GE has a clean modern look to it. It's a solid and easy operation to it. Wether it'll last as long as my Kenmore remains to be seen. Otherwise I'm fairly pleased with its operation.

We love the new GE compactor. The solid silver front looks cool and lifting the kick plate with my shoe to turn it on is easy. It blends right into the cabinets.

It's a little early to review my new trash compactor however, it is a direct replacement for my old GE Compactor. If no compromises were made during the construction of this new unit and it lasts near the 26 years my old unit did than I'll be completely satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!
