NO OVER NIGHT PACK

IT COMPACTS AND COMES RIGHT BACK UP, THERE IS NO OPTION TO DO A OVER NIGHT PACK, THIS OPTION IS VERY MUCH NEEDED

Two Years is all you can get?

We have had this compactor for less than 2 years. The toe push button has pulled through the metal. It does not matter that everything else works well. If you can't get it open it doesn't really matter does it?

We’re sorry to hear the door on your compactor will not open.One of the most common reasons this can be happening is because the ram is not all the way up. To fix this: Lift up on the foot pedal and release to allow ram to complete a cycle. If you are still having problems with the door, we recommend service for your compactor.

Love my compactor!

Love the way the compactor blends in with the kitchen cabinetry. The reinforced, handled insert to lift out compacted refuse is a very nice feature and the controlled foot pedal to open and compact is very convenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why won't it lock down?

I wish the thing locked in the down position. It barely compacts.
