I would recommend buying one with a handle. It have already broke. Not working to crush the garbage after on using it for 1 month.

Buyer Beware!!

Save your money unless you want to buy another one in a year. Metal bracket that holds the toe kick broke after a little over 1 year, conveniently just after the warranty expired. It is clearly a manufacturing defect. Now I have an expensive useless trash can.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Want compact!!

We have only had this compactor installed 2 1/2 months and is already torn up. It will not compact. They told us we would have to bring it in but we are in our late 70’s and can’t get it in the truck. So what do we do????

Nice but needs a change to the front

Works well but needs some type of panel on the front that doesn’t show fingerprints. I’m he completely plain front just doesn’t look that nice. Design that panel so it can be used or not at the buyer’s discretion.

Motor bad after 6 months

Quit working in less than 6 months. Serviceman came out and said the motor is bad and it will be another month before they can get the parts and have it repaire.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This new one seems to be doing fine.

We do not like the foot pedal as it can get bumped which starts the plunger and if the door is slightly open it jams. This is our second compactor in two years due to this issue.
