Amazing trash compactor

Sleek and looks rich in my kitchen the features it has I love no buttons or dials step on to open lift same pedal with foot upwards to compact also came with bag sling to make it easy to lift trash out I love it

I received a defective compactor that was damaged upon arrival. Has never worked, and jammed the first try of use. Informed the dealer and the dealer sent in a work request that was received. I received a text from GE that a service representative w ok I’d call me on 24 hours, that was over 5 months ago. I want a reimbursement or a new compactor. I thought buying American would have better service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but broken in first 6 months!

We like the sleek design, the ease of how it works (inside dial is on or off) ease foot lever to compact when dial is in on position. If it didn’t break in the first 6 months would have given it 5 stars. It’s ridiculous that I already have a problem and now am using it as a very expensive trash can until the part comes in and it gets fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our old trash compactor last 37 years but finally gave out. We need aunit that fit the space and looked great. This one fit the bill. It was a good price, it's quiet and works great so far.

Compactors are hard to find given the diversity of disposal methods now available and required. This unique was product perfected through time. Clean, Zen-like panel with a minimum of external control button, yet sporting full feature functionally using the foot petal and internally embedded knobs.
I would recommend this to a friend!
