DO NOT BUY! It’s a Paperweight

Do not purchase a piece of trash! It is an over priced paperweight. Broke within 2 weeks. Spend your money on something else or get a wine fridge. Plus no handle results in endless fingerprints!

I never had a trash compactor before. I didn’t thing I would like it. I bought a condo with an old broken one and had to decide what to do. Decided just to replace. I just love the convenience and ease of use. I have a small kitchen and I was able to ride of my garbage can. Love it.

Replace a 34 yr. old compactor and this one is simpler and does an excellent job as well as attractive. Good choice!

I’ve had my compactor for about 3 weeks now and it has done a great job. I don’t know if it packs as much as my last compactor did but it still packs a lot. One thing that I wish was different is that I wish that it had an extra pack setting. Also, one of the handles on the plastic carrying bag broke the second week. Luckily, I have a spare. Other than that, it’s worked great.

Terrible, 1.5 months in and it already broke. Waiting to get it repaired. It is brand new and barley used, professionally installed and it’s broken already. For the price I’m very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new GE trash compactor. Clean lines and easy to use ... and I love the addition of a 'hammock' of sorts - a simple item that supports the full bag of trash when lifting out of the machine. And the bin removes for easy cleaning - wow!
