A new one coming- this one noisy

Solid operation and attractive - fits right in!

Took awhile for delivery, but intent on matching my GE Cafe stainless fridge and dishwasher. Heavy and solid, but operates with ease. Adjustable casters on base makes for easy leveling and install. Worth the wait!

The compactor is replacing a previous GE Compactor. This one works well. We also like that it has no handle so everyone uses the football versus trying to yank the door open with a handle.

Trash that REALLY COMPACTS!

If you're interested in a simple to use and sturdy trash compactor, this is the one to select. The ease of operation is a "no-brainer". To open - press down on the foot peddle. To compact - pull up on the foot peddle. Voila' you're compacted. Now if I could do something like that with my mid section! LOL The bags are pricey - but they are sturdy, and you're not going to have leaks follow you out to the trash can, that goes to the street. Enjoy!

Due to the national pandemic supply shortages this was all I could get. It did not fit the previous buyer's space. My compactor broke with the ram down and ripe garbage trapped. This was the only unit I could find. 4 month or more wait was not acceptable.
Step down to open, press up on the foot pad to start. That is it, no other options available within reach. No handle but that is ok.
