Love this oven! I sell food to hotels and restaurants and this is the type of oven Chef’s use. I always wanted a Chef’s Kitcken and the Cafe line offers the look and performance of a professional oven.
The Cafe French Door oven is the Centerpiece of our kitchen. We’ve only had it installed for about a month, but, so far, I love cooking with it. My favorite feature is the broiler. It broils fish to perfection! And, the pull out bottom rack is cool too. I have a lot to learn about all the features of this oven and am looking forward to exploring them.
Everyone who has seen our new kitchen immediately is wowed by this oven. it is a show stopper.

Now, five minutes after we leave the house I do not have to turn around and come back so my wife can check if she turned the oven off. We can check it from our phones now. Also I can turn the oven on with my phone when am I away from home.

I've only had this oven less than 30 days, but I must say I'm very happy with it. It does have the same controls as my Advantium, however, not all the same settings. That kind of makes sense, however I find it lacks options when selecting Precision Cooking.
It has also got a software update since it was installed. I now have a pretty picture on the control panel

I love to cook and have truly missed my old home with double ovens and a gas cooktop. When we decided to remodel the kitchen, I insisted on somehow getting another oven somehow. Once I decided on the Cafe French Door single oven, some renovations to the kitchen took place to accommodate it along with the Advantium wall oven/microwave above it. I've waited over 9 months for these ovens and they have been put to use daily. I love the fact that with one hand, I can oven the oven up to full viewing using only one handle. It is wonderful to be able to walk right up to the oven to place a dish inside without bending down to place said dish into the oven. I've only had it 2 weeks and have used it several times to cook pies and casseroles. It's true test will come with the upcoming holidays!! I love everything about it so far.

This unit is amazing. Just remodeled entire kitchen after 32 years. previous appliances were also GE and 32 years old with no service performed ever and still were in working order upon removal. Have been told not to expect that again which makes me sad but is also why I still purchased GE. Appliances have come along way in 32 years. Thanks for past experience of your product being flawless.

I was hesitant to purchase this wall oven due to the cost. I am 100% sold now. I love the French doors…I have very short arms and never could have had a pull down door. So far it cooks well and accurately. It looks great. I love the touch screen. I love the 1 minute alarm. There isn’t anything so far I’m not happy about

I would have give it 4 and 1/5 stars. I haven’t tried all of the features yet, but so far I love the oven. The only complaint I have is that the oven racks are difficult to move and when they are moved, they scratch the sides of the oven. Doesn’t matter how carefully you move them, they scrape the sides of the oven and have scratched all the way through the dark coating.

This oven has wonderful features -- the touch screen works great! I like the shelves but don't look forward to cleaning them. I don't understand why they invented these types of shelves -- they are difficult to get in and out to move them up or down.
It's turned out to be just what we needed since the person wo built this house in 1968 put the oven opening in a brick wall and it's too high. So, have the two doors opening to the sides, makes it so much easier to get closer to the items that need to be taken out, like a heavy turkey!! Thanks so much!
