Great oven, one suggestion

It is an excellent and flexible oven, great design
One issue however is the two sliding racks, both of which take more space than a typical oven rack. It would be helpful to have one sliding rack and one traditional rack to provide more flexibility. Or at least have an option to buy a fixed rack that would fit the oven. Thanks!

Love this wall oven but

4 years in and suddenly the “probe” lit up and won’t go away. Can’t use the oven and never used the probe feature so I’m super bummed.

This is my 2nd Cafe French door oven. I thought I was in love with my first one but this new model is truly awesome. It has more features such as Wifi and air frying. I turned my oven on when I was about 5 minutes from home. When I arrived it was at the perfect temperature to stick in my dinner. The air frying function is awesome too.

Clock Problem

I've just started using my new Café™ Professional Series 30" Smart Built-In Convection French-Door Double Wall Oven. However, the clock on the oven keeps automatically changing the time back to the original time. Any ideas on what is wrong, or how to fix this?

Great features and much safer

While purchasing a washer/dryer. We saw this model on display and we had just began a kitchen remodel. Well with me being vertically challenged and well seasoned, this oven makes it so much easier to put casseroles in and out of the oven. I don't have to lean over an oven door to remove items from the oven. I feel it makes it much safer.
