Poor materials/construction and ice maker

For the price, this has been a disappointment. The rails in the freezer both broke (the plastic failed) and even one of the shelves cracked in the fridge. The ice maker is so small - we made the mistake of not getting the second ice maker - even though we are a family that uses minimal ice. Would look elsewhere. I gave it one star for the space in the fridge - nice and roomy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought a new house! and we not even move in ！ But the workers installed the back of the pipe broke! The crack caused water to spray onto the wall and The wall was damage！But this refrigerator is ok

Not that much water reservoir

Not that much cold water that’s spitting out. Per customer service there’s only 6 oz or cold water in the reservoir. Then the ice maker is not making enough ice on time and we use the water without ice pretty heavy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ice maker failed, drawer is loose, set screw on door handle is missing and parts are not forthcoming.

WE LOVE OUR NEW GE REFRIGERATOR, IT HAS SO MUCH ROOM FOR OUR GROCERIES. ALSO, THE KERIG SYSTEM WORKS VERY WELL WITH EVERY CUP PIPING HOT. THE FREEZER KEEPS OUR ICECREAM SOLID COLD. WE HAD A 25CUFT GE BEFORE WE PURCHASED THIS ONE. IT WORKED GREAT, BUT WE NEEDED MORE ROOM. BECAUSE THIS ONE HAS THE KERIG SYSTEM WE CAN NOW PUT OUR COUNTERTOP KERIG AWAY AND HAVE MORE COUNTER SPACE. I'M SURE THERE ARE OTHER MANUFACTURES THAT HAVE GOOD PRODUCTS BUT WE'RE SOLD ON GE PRODUCTS!
