Keurig Was a Disappointment

We were very excited to eliminate our Keurig from our countertop. We were then very disappointed to learn that the max brew size for the in door unit was only 10 oz (not a full standard travel mug or household mug) as opposed to the 12 oz size that the countertop unit brews. Also, we were disappointed to learn after we received the unit that you lost the AutoFill feature when you get the Keurig. That should really be brought to the consumers attention as the model right below it has it so you are not expecting to loose features as you step up in models. On top of all that, anytime you brewed a cup of coffee, water would leak out the bottom of the dispenser door. Water must be backing up from the pressure of brewing. Overall it was a disappointment. The rest of the fridge is great though. We ended up, trading it back to the dealer for the model below it and have been thrilled with that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the side by side - loads of room! And the freezer on the bottom has tons of space. Coffee maker is a bonus as is the hot water feature. A definite "buy again"!!!

Little upset but still like the fridge

I have a similar fridge in my primary home, so we wanted one at our shore house. Upon delivery, everything worked fine, then...
We get to the shore house every other weekend. So two weeks after install, the water and ice dispenser stopped working and the gasket was pulled from the door (the protective film is under the gasket and was loosened by the installers when removed).
Like I said, we aren't at our house except every other weekend so getting someone to look at it was difficult. When he did make it, on a federal holiday, he stated that the control module was bad and the groove for the gasket was defective. We are now waiting to have them replaced under warranty.
