Wonderful appliance.

Bought this online with only the most basic research. I had to select all-new appliances for a new house. My (wife’s) criterion was the lower freezer and mine was that it fit the custom housing. It was delivered to the kitchen floor and I had to “install” it. That meant attaching the water supply (which I had bought earlier), plugging it in, pushing it into the space, and leveling/ securing with adjustable front feet. Wow features, capacity, appearance. Fav feature is Keurig, we start the heater for coffee on our phone from bed and when it beeps I go get two coffees. This is in our lake house and when we go there we bring a lot of food and beverages. I can set “turbo cool” and the groceries get chilled fast. The features really fit our needs.

Cool refrigerator to have!

We love the cafe feature to come with. We make cafe and hot water off it daily. The stainless surface seems better quality than ones we bought before. Its easy to clean and always look nice. Very quiet and doors are easy to open and close. Again, very quite while doing it. A good buy and very happy with it.

So Far Its Great

I recently remodeled my kitchen and looked quite awhile for the right appliances. I love the GE with Keurig as it takes one appliance from my countertop. I was a little hesitant thinking it might not work well, or break. I've been using now for 6 months and I love it. It takes a little while to heat just like the Keurig on your countertop, but without having to refill the water or take up space. You can adjust to use just hot water 8-10 oz. I would have liked 6 oz, but Keurig doesn't have that either. It's convenient and while there are not 2 exterior drawers on the bottom (not available anywhere is Calif), I've found that the double interior drawers work better than I expected. The icemaker works great and you can tell how much water you're dispensing which eliminates having to measure. There is also more interior space than I thought. I really love my new fridge and hope that it continues to work well for many years. The only downside is it shows fingerprints more than my old white fridge.

Very functional and time-saving features

Everything about this refrigerator is exceptional. I especially like the inside layout which makes accessing food items easy. My only minor concern is with the coffee maker. It does not work as well as I'd like with reusable coffee pods.

Breaks Yearly Causes Headaches and Food Spoilage

Unfortunately, I have not a good experience with fridge. It breaks annually, and we lost lots of food as a result. As of the writing of this review, it is our third major break. First was the circuit board fan; second was a couplet of some kind; third is a compressor. A total melt down each time with the ice melting all over until we figured it out. Luckily, someone was home to notice and mopped the water off our wood floors before damage. Each repair is at least a week of delay for parts to show up. Our little backup fridge in the garage that is 15 years old has saved the day. I wanted to like this fridge, and it is great when it works. I have no confidence it will last past the 5 year warranty, so I would expect to have to replace it in 5 years plus one day.
Know what you are getting...Buyer Beware! Tip: don't put the fridge on floors that ruin with water. When it breaks, the ice melts and goes all over the floor. Put a water pan or plastic underneath it to be safe. The warranty does not cover any damage outside the fridge.

leak that just won't go away

GE has been here 9 times and not only is the leak from the door not stopped they managed to nick a hole in the water line in the back and denied it was happening which I finally fixed myself. door leak still occurring and was supposed to get a call 2 weeks go which did not happen!

Great features

Love the refrigerator with the Keurig. Didn’t initially order this model but the one I ordered had been discontinued so it was replaced with this. It does take a bit to heat the water but I use the app on my phone to start the process. I haven’t noticed it being noisy at all. Love it.

Coffee Maker quit after 2 months.

The fridge itself is good (although the drawer sticks quite a bit) But, the Keurig is a failed feature. It worked great for 2 months, now we get constant error messages (we've called customer support, they tell us to reset the refrigerator - which we do - it works for a brew or two, and then stops again). Also, now when press the button to start heating the water, it randomly sprays scalding hot water out of the tap, so if anyone is standing near or walking by the refrigerator they could get hit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
