Working great after 6 weeks of use. The shelves, adjusted at the far there's apart notch, do not accommodate the gallon Tupperware pitcher, and the Rubbermaid pitcher bumps both shelves. The doirs, adjusted at the farthest brackets, using all shelves, barely allows for large juices and milk jugs. Another bracket in all areas would be a bonus!

My new GE Refrigerator

Chose this as part of a appliance package with our new home. It is the perfect refrigerator, very attractive and the perfect size for us. Love the slate color.

Quiet, spacious, cold!

This refrigerator was installed last week. We were a bit worried it would be louder than our old fridge (17 years old and old tech) but so far it's been wonderfully quiet. It's not silent. You can hear it when it runs and you can hear the ice drop, but that seems pretty normal. It runs a lot more quietly than the fridge it replaced. We're very happy with our purchase. The drawers are spacious and the freezer is huge.

Sorely disappointed

My husband bought me the fridge of my dreams, in 2014. He truly wanted to make sure I was happy. We had purchased a GE-5 burner stove, with which I was overjoyed, I was excited to choose matching appliances. Only to begin experiencing issues. The temperature often raises well above 60 degrees, and if not found in time, causes spoilage. We had purchased a cheap drink refrigerator in 2012. I'm grateful we did. The refrigerator we purchased, brand new, for 1/10th the price is our go-to. We have had our GE for a little more than 3 years. It has been fixed, with parts replaced 4 times this period. We, almost, lost all of our Thanksgiving leftovers, again, this year. We spent the evening of Thanksgiving moving all of the food from the refrigerator and freezer to our much smaller fridge and freezer chest. I am truly disappointed with this product. Now I am second-guessing my impending dishwasher and microwave purchase. Thank you for the opportunity to air my grievance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this spacious refrigerator with freezer on the bottom. Great storage for both refrigerator and freezer area. Slate color wonderful and hides fingerprints. Looks modern!.
