Plenty of space and the lighting is wonderful!

I just bought this refrigerator so I can't say anything about the longevity but it has so much space and the lighting is great! So much room to put things in the doors and the freezer holds so much. Runs very quiet but we don't have the ice maker hooked up. So easy to see what you have in your refrigerator and easy to access. No more bending over to try and see what's in the refrigerator and difficulty in getting it out. This is definitely a great refrigerator for us who are getting older and have back problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sabath Mode

I am greatly that this fridge has a Sabbath mode. In this one, the light seems to stay on all Sabath, which is not typical, but works for me. This is the second fridge in this model that I have bought..

Inside is so large. I really like the ice maker in the bottom freezer so it does not take up room from the inside of the refrigerator. The Slate finish is so pretty and does not show fingerprints.

We have purchased side by side refrigerators in the past and am very Happy with the size of this one and that the freezer is at the bottom.

GREAT BASIC FRENCH DOOR

I've always had good luck with GE Appliances and I don't think this will disappoint. We really didn't need a new fridge but my wife really wanted a french door bottom freezer and to keep her happy...
This is a basic fridge with just an ice maker. There's no ice in the door, no water in the door and that makes me happy because there is less to break. So far, so good.

BE CAREFUL SCRATCHES

I bought this refridgerator and was super excited. Spacious. But..... Using a micro fiber cloth or any soft cloth leaves scratches on the gloss. That's using water, no chemicals. Its terrible, so disappointed in the finish. My fridge looks terrible in the sunlight now. Would never buy gloss black again. Miss the black textured finish.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
