The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the construction of the top of the refrigerator. It is not a solid surface and very difficult to clean.
I purchased this refrigerator about a month and half ago. very happy with it. I always had to move things around so I have room in my refrigerator. with this one I have no problem. my only issue is the stainless steel doors. I can't keep it clean with all my kids running around and it gets scratched very easily.
This is my first freezer-drawer fridge and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the space in there. Things do have a tendency to be buried, however. The fridge itself has excellent lighting and tons of door space. I love that the ice maker is in the freezer so it doesn’t take up valuable real estate. Top shelf does freeze things occasionally, and the bottom drawer comes off track easily. Very happy with the purchase overall.
We have had this refrigerator since Dec. 24, 2018. It is a no frills large capacity refrigerator with twin evaporators that gets the job done. I'm still getting used to the french door design (coming from a side-by-side). I think I like the pull-out drawer freezer better than the side-by-side. The full width drawer is really nice for cheeses, meats, and platters. Produce drawers are roomy and all the drawers roll smoothly. I wish the bottom shelves would be moved a little lower, but I'm making it work. The ice maker is great and makes plenty of ice unlike other models where the ice dispenser is in the door. The seal on the freezer is fierce. It opens with a tug normally, but if you open the freezer drawer, close it, and want to open it again immediately ... good luck. One has to wait a minute before reopening. Appearance is really nice, but fingerprints easily. Overall, we are quite happy with this appliance and hope for the reliability and long-life associated with GE appliances.
