GE French Door malfunction

We purchased the GE French door Bottom freezer fridge in 2015. This year it suddenly stopped cooling. We replaced the evaporator fan which was not working. After this was done the fridge randomly drops in temperature and it is very difficult to adjust the digital temperature controls. I have checked the manual and searched online and cannot find clear instructions for adjusting the temperature. The manual is unclear and the digital controls let you increase the temperature, but there is no way to set it at the desired 37 degrees.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we got this fridge a few weeks ago, and so far it has been amazing. it fits everything our family of 8 needs! fridge is up top for great ease of access, and freezer is plenty big.

Extremely Spacious

I love this refrigerator 1. Spacious; 2. efficent; 3. love the French doors and bottom freezer; 4. specialty drawer
I would have given it a 5 Star rating with these exceptions 1. Bottom freezer drawer is hard to pull - sometimes when I try to open, the entire fridge moves; 2. no area for butter dish; 3. Bottom freezer does not have a mini shelf attached to door which can in many designs hold pizza or bags of frozen vegetables; 4. No scoop came with the freezer to scoop the ice - I had always received one in previous models - not a big deal as I utilized my old one
Overall I would recommend for purchase.

GE Refrigerator

Replaced our 14 year old GE side by side fridge that still worked great with a larger GE fridge. We have been thrilled with our new fridge, it's so spacious and runs quiet. Definitely would recommend this product.
