The left door won’t close properly and the plastic rod that holds up the sliding shelf in the freezer is broken. Bought on the legacy GE name and hopes it still holds up… it doesn’t.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had what was (WAS) the best and biggest…now we realize, not so much. Thank you GE! The capacity is a plus, but even better is the smart design of the interior. I’m still surprised to find open space on the shelves after a trip to the grocery. And - ice. Plenty of it….I no longer have to ‘supplement’ with bags of store bought ice to get through the week.
One detractor? The shrink wrap….I’ll be pulling little bits of plastic from between the seams for a while. Ok, not even a detractor…minor nuisance :)
