We wanted a refrigerator without water and ice on the door and this model took care of that. It is slightly noisier than our old fridge, but has all the extra room we were looking for.

Spacious but motors degrade quickly

I love the design, dual bottom drawers and initial quiet. But after two years we have had to have repair servicing twice due to frost build up and fan motor failure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rock solid and beautiful

The separate cooling elements for the refrigerator and freezer is a high end feature that greatly enhances performance. The handles are solid, lighting is amazing. The capacity is enormous. Fingerprint resistant SS is beautiful. Once those twin engines get the thing cool, it’s pretty quiet. Not silent, but not noticeable. The whole thing feels solid.

I love the freezer compartment

I thought having the freezer on the bottom was a bad idea but find that it may bee the best move design wise as cold air falls and hot air rises. So the freezer is always frosty and my ice cream stays fresh. Something to look out for its a big fridge, we had to remove the doors and drawer to squeeze it through or old houses door ways. Definitely measure before buying to make sure you can get into your house.

Very spacious fridge

Did alot of research. This fridge is primarily US built . As this is my 3rd refrigerator in 4 years, so far I am very happy. So much space! Ice machine keeps up with my ice loving family.

Sturdy and roomy

We previously owned a Samsung 26 cubic feet french door fridge and had nothing but problems. We were a little concerned about the comments regarding the ice maker for the GE but decided to buy a brand we trusted. This refrigerator has not disappointed! It is large and well-l. it inside. The ice maker is 3x better than the Samsung. This model has sturdy shelving (some of the other GE's shelves were a bit flimsy and bent when you pushed on the edges), lots of room and, so far, we are very happy with it. We installed it ourselves and it was pretty straightforward to do. The only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars is because the finish does not hide fingerprints as well as our Samsung did. I find I need to wipe the front on a daily basis. Other than that, all is as described and has exceeded our expectations.

Simple, solid, great space!

The look is clean and simple. There is great space in the doors compartments. The outside cleans very easily and doesn’t show fingerprints. The only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it is a little noisy when running and the freezer door is a bit hard to open.

Great fridge

I like the fridge. The only complaint I have is the freezer upper tray, you have to push it closed separately. It will either create a gap in freezer door, or not allow it to close at all. Other than that I have had no problems...
