Awesome Fridge

Great Fridge. Exactly what we were looking for and now that we've used it a month it is so much easier to find things the way it is set up. No more things getting lost in the deep dark abyss in the back and spoiling. Everything is in site and in mind. Not only does food not spoiling anymore save money but the cost to run is so much more energy efficient than our prior one. Thanks GE!

I purchased this Slate refrigerator on July 1, 2016 and have been very pleased with its functionality. Very quiet and has so much room inside it !!! The Freezer has 2 levels inside the single drawer which gives extra space. It has a digital temperature thermometer on the left door frame for both the refrigerator and the freezer which is adjustable to whatever temperature you choose. I absolutely love it. It keeps everything fresh and maintains its temperature very well both in the refrigerator and freezer. I highly applaud GE"s designers of this model and its color. I love it and I am so happy with it so far. It looks beautiful in my kitchen. I plan to purchase a new matching double oven range and a new matching dishwasher both in Slate to complete the beauty of my kitchen.

I purchased this for my new home build. So far I love it. My friends are so envious of it! The color, size, and options. I'm crazy about the room on the sides of the doors, I can put many, many tall bulky items in them as not to take up valuable space within the fridge. The delivery guy said the fridge was a monster, he had to take the front door off to get it in. All I can say is it is a monster I love!!! Lots of room in the bottom freezer as well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Buy if you want an unreliable fridge

Purchased 14 months ago - twice we found interior temps to be above 60 degrees. Food had to be thrown out. The first event we were able to get running again by unplugging / plugging about six times. Lastest shut down was 3.5 weeks ago .
My repairman has not be able to get problem fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am on a replacement after the first unit had the door alarm going off constantly and the items in the freezer crytalizing. We will see if the next one is better.

So Far, So Good

This is a brand new product for us, traded in for a "lemon" that was just over a year old. The appliance is much larger than our previous refrigerators, so we're enjoying the extra space. I hope it holds up to the GE reputation for quality.
