i bought this refrigerator because it had the most interior space. but it has less space in the freezer. and it is VERY LOUD...i should have paid more attention to the the on-line reviews. you should NOT be able to hear the refrigerator in the next room!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not completely thrilled with frig for several reasons the plastic didn't come completely off its stuck where the seems are, the doors arnt level, the drawer in bottom catches on ice cube tray drawer and ther is spray foam oozing from the seems in front and center , top and side

I am pleased with it overall though. I also like the looks of the appliances. Just remodeled my kitchen and put all G.E. appliances-which I am satisfied with.

Room for Everything!

Bought this refrigerator about a month ago after my refrigerator of 15 years decided to quit. Did a lot of research. Went with my local Appliance Store rather than a "big box" store, only because they work on these appliances all the time and could recommend the ones that they seldom have to go out to service. I love the bottom freezer. Love all the lighting and I can see what's in there! Plenty of room in the top for everything and then some. The door alarm is great. Being able to set temp independently for refrigerator and freezer to an exact degree is awesome.
My only complaint, and the reason it did not earn 5 stars, is that when it's running it's not as quiet as I thought it would be. Can hear the hum from the other room. Other than this I love my new Frig!

Nice refer, could be quieter. Actual dimensions don't include the upper hinge covers, had to modify the opening to make it fit.

Better in every way

Replaced a refrigerator that died after eight years. This one has a larger capacity with about the same footprint. Better lighting, internal organization, bottom freezer capacity and features make me wonder why I punished myself for eight years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
