We replaced our flooring with beautiful tile that looks like weathered barnwood and decided to replace all our appliances at the same time. While I love stainless I HATE the fingerprints! We chose slate and it is fantastic. So easy to keep clean. The interior lighting is amazing.

Too loud to live with - DON'T BUY IT

So loud, the refrigerator disrupts conversations. The warranty does nothing to help you, so don't expect GE to replace this noisy machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
