less then 30 days since installation. temp stays cold in frig and freezer. ice maker works. please read reviews that are over a year old. not this one.

I switched to this model from a side by side. I bought this one because it was the biggest I could find within my budget. I absolutely love the large size of the refrigerator. I could never find anything in my side by side. It looks very nice too.

Loads of features: Loads of space, crispers are deep (full head of lettuce fits) and have moisture control settings, open door "bell" is a lifesaver, very quiet operation, like icemaker in freezer (frees up lots of shelving inside door). And love the slate finish. Nothing but high marks so far. Have had since October 2016.

Slate Color Frefregerator with bottom freezer

I love the slate color, style and room! It is great to open the fridge and see everything. So far everything is working well. Hope I get 22 years out of like I did my old one which was in great working condition when I gave it away.

Love the size for our family of five. Love the slate color. One drawback is lack of storage compartments/bins for smaller items. No egg or butter storage.

I spent a lot of time researching appliances before deciding on GE. I love our new refrigerator! It has tons of space, nice lighting, and the freezer drawers are better than expected. No issues with getting things in and out. We went with the Slate color and it looks great in person. Have only had it a month, so can't comment on reliability but hope it lasts a long time. No complaints yet!
