Love the refrigerator! However, LED light replacements very expensive. This is probably true no matter what model. I just have an ice maker and no cold water dispenser. I have never used the water coming out of any refrigerator door . . . ice yes -- water no. 1st time freezer at the bottom -- makes sense & I like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The doors have to be pushed to close them. They don't close 'easily'.
We haven't been able to completely remove all the plastic sheeting that was applied to the exterior to protect the stainless steel during shipping, etc. Bits of said sheeting are stuck in joints and crevices.
These are minor annoyances, we're generally pleased with the refrigerator. These issues seem like things that could be relatively easily avoided with different design re: closing the doors and some effort to avoid pinching the plastic sheeting where it gets stuck.

We have only had the refrigerator for only a little over 2 weeks. So far we are loving it, I like the ice maker in the bottom freezer and so far we are not missing the ice and water dispenser in the door. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

we had a Kitchen Aid before and this is definitely not of the same caliber. Squeaky drawers, difficult to open doors

Looked at refrigerators and read reviews for a month, luckily there was an old fridge left by previous owner, so we had time to shop. GE was definitely a leader in reviews. We had a previous GE about 7 years ago that was very problematic. However the reliability of other brands was terrible. Talk to repair people as there are still a lot of part shortages for some brands. We have had our new GE for over a month and love it runs very quietly, you will hear the ice maker if you are near the fridge when ice drops. Our model is a large French door no ice or water in the door due to that being a problem for almost all brands. It does have an ice maker and there is a filter in the fridge for that. We bought this model due to it having the better drawers and shelves and bright LED lighting It is very solid. Also, went full depth as counter was just too small. We like to cook and have a big garden. I went 4 stars on review since we have only had it a month
