Compressor failed

Compressor failed at 9 months. Was in a rental home and entire freezer contents spoiled. It was awful. Hopefully GE is going to make it right. Compensation for spoiled food doesn’t even touch the loss. It’s too bad, because up to that point it worked great. I also see it’s no longer in production.

So much space!

Family of six and this is the only fridge we’ve never had trouble fitting groceries in. Love that it doesn’t have a water dispenser too, as our young kids enjoy playing with the levers.

wE LOVE THE SIZE AND SPACE TO STORE EVERYTHING BUT IT NEED A BUTTER HOLDER ON DOOR OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVE IT !

Dents easily

Freezer doesn’t have much space, so if you like to batch cook and freeze, this is not the fridge/freezer for you. Also, the fridge/freezer came dented and scratched in two places before the plastic was peeled off.

I have purchased multiple GE products throughout the years. I purchased the refrigerator May 5, 2020 and in 1 week the freezer handle came off. I was in disbelief. The handle is not screwed on, it just clicks in place.

Extremely Spacious

I love this refrigerator 1. Spacious; 2. efficent; 3. love the French doors and bottom freezer; 4. specialty drawer
I would have given it a 5 Star rating with these exceptions 1. Bottom freezer drawer is hard to pull - sometimes when I try to open, the entire fridge moves; 2. no area for butter dish; 3. Bottom freezer does not have a mini shelf attached to door which can in many designs hold pizza or bags of frozen vegetables; 4. No scoop came with the freezer to scoop the ice - I had always received one in previous models - not a big deal as I utilized my old one
Overall I would recommend for purchase.

Loving every cubic inch!

We love this refrigerator! It's the largest we've ever had. We enjoy the extra space we gain by not having in-the-door ice and water. It's quiet, holds the temperature well and is very stylish, mood lighting and all. Reasons for 4 out of 5 stars...it's not quite perfect. We miss a butter keeper in the door, the adjustable shelves inside the fridge do not adjust tall enough to hold a gallon of milk (we know we can store it in the door) and the plastic wrap covering the outside is simply insane to remove.
I would recommend this to a friend!
