Does not cool properly - GE has not fixed

The refrigerator was installed 2 weeks ago. It does not cool properly in refrigerator compartment - temperature stays 4 to 6 degrees above set temperature. GE still has not fixed the problem. Horrible experience.

Horrible refrigerator!

Recently bought this refrigerator, worst quality ever! The shrink wrap was attached to the refrigerator to protect the stainless before pieces put together, therefore there is edges of pink shrink wrap around all the seals and edges. Also When you pull the freezer door open the entire refrigerator rolls forward towards you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our suggestion is to use a razor blade to score the packing film around the edges so you can remove it. You can also try removing the rest of the film with tweezers.

The rollers on the your refrigerator do not have locks. Due to the size of the doors and the strength of the door gaskets, it is possible that it may roll or move when one of the doors is opened so use caution when using a refrigerator installed on a hard floor. A piece of wood, a small wood wedge, or plastic furniture coaster with felt on the bottom may be placed under the wheels. Re-level the refrigerator if necessary. Unfortunately the fridge is very Loud. I contacted the support team. They came to evaluate. The tech was very nice and helpful but indicated this noise is Normal. I recently bought a LG fridge for the garage at. 1/4 of the price which barely makes noise and is energy star rated. I love the fridge and look and space. However the noise is louder than any fridge we have ever had

Bad Bad Model! Waste of money

Started using this fridge 2018. I even put an appliance surge protect it from surges. But despite this , the fridge is very inefficient n keeping a safe cool temperature indide I have already set the lowest fridge setting of 34 degrees and the freezer at -6, yet the temperature in the fridge is at 45 and even 50degrees. The coldest freezer setting is supposed to help make the fridge cooler but to no avail. A lot of times, the fridge will just stop working: it would still have power but fans are all still and the temperature reaching 50 degrees ! Unbelievable for the money I paid for 3000 plus! My fridge has been serviced at least five times and Iam waiting for the GE service technician to give a diagnosis.

Great refrigerator

We bought this 3 weeks ago and could not be more pleased. We emptied our side by side contents into this refrigerator and had a ton of room to spare. The icemaker keeps up even when we have the grandkids here. We love the autofill feature on the water dispenser, especially for filling the coffee pot. The door in door feature is very convenient for those frequently used items.
