I love the door in a door on this refrigerator.

I love several things about this refrigerator, the door in a door, and the extra ice maker are the top two. The door in a door is very handy for the things you handle the most. The extra ice maker is great when you have guests over so you don't run out of ice. It's a large refrigerator so you can get a lot in it. It's well lit so you can see into it pretty well. My only problem is lm short. Getting to the back of the top shelf is a little hard but I love the space.

Only one week, then ice dispenser stopped working.

We bought the new GE Profiles PFD28KSLSS, but after one week, ice dispenser stopped working. We are on business travel and not at home; therefore, plan to get technical support to fix it when come back home

Excellent performing refrigerator

I love the adjustable shelves and great depth of the door bins. I could live without the door in door as my hand automatically wraps around the handle and I invariably open the outer door without intension. The lighting is great! The freezer space is more than adequate. The water dispenser auto sensor is a nice feature the sales person did not point out! I've purchased 6 GE Profile series appliances over the past 5 years and have had absolutely no issues. Thank you GE for making a quality product.

Seems cheap for an expensive refrigerator.

Cannot level doors. Left door is always closing on you while you’re trying to get something out of the fridge. Freezer squeals when you close it. Noisy. Ripple on stainless steel skin by GE logo (that’s not specific to this fridge. Folks have different model with the same problem.). It’s new so time will tell how reliable it is, but if I could do it over we wouldn’t have bought it.

Overall, I am happy with our purchase. Waited a long time to buy and researched carefully; but, had to immediately call about replacing the freezer door handle when even a gray-haired, old lady regularly pulled it off. The new one works fine! Also surprised with how easily my magnets scratch the stainless steel surface. Handled all the Thanksgiving extras with ease.

I purchased this refrigerator about 1 1/2 years ago and lost everything in the freezer and refrigerator sections. I would not recommend anything with GE on it.

The refrigerator has many features that we wanted. We had a problem within the first week when the handle of the freezer came off. We reinstalled the handle but it did secure firmly, We called the help line to see if they could provide some help we the installation but they said it was a defective handle and they the sent us a new handle. It is arrived but we cannot put it on because we do not have an allen wrench.

If one can adore an appliance, this is love after One Week of dating! As with most of my friends, we are always skeptical with new appliances. Research is your best friend! Reviews of Good experiences and BAD experiences are very valuable! After 6 months of research and viewing the same appliance model in 5 different locations. After listening to the store personal go through the list of features and why this is a distinguished product, we decided on the this model for our new home. The first week, we put it through OUR STRESS TEST!! The Turbo Cool feature? Wow!! SO Nice!! The quality and usefulness of the Quick Door? Amazing!! The decibel level in our home? SO Quiet!! Temperatures inside based on panel door settings? Spot On!!
OK... Adore, may have been an understatement... We may actually Love this appliance... if that is possible.
