Newer refrigerators sound different from older refrigerators, as modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology. It’s almost perfect. All functional but the fingerprints is very ignoring. It’s not easy to clean and must clean often before it becomes a big job.

Freezer temperature

Well I’ve only had it for 2 days but everything I’ve read about freezer temperature says it should be set at zero and below. At the coldest setting in the freezer it only goes down to 1.4 degrees and then climbs to 9 degrees before cooling again. I’m sure that this is fine right now but with some age on the fridge it will probably climb in temperature and it’s already dialed to it’s lowest setting. I will be calling GE tomorrow to find out if this is normal. If it is, I may drop it to 1 star. If it should be colder and they resolve the problem I would raise it to 5 stars.

If your freezer were to continue to go above 8 degrees Fahrenheit or if this worsened, we would recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance.
