Not cooling correctly

2 weeks old, isn’t cooling correctly. Freezer is fine, 0 to -5, but the refrigerator section seems to not have much airflow. It took 2 days to get to 40 initially, have it set to “5” which is the coldest, now in the very back it’s 36 to 38, 40 in front and in the door shelves it’s 43 to 45, it is not overloaded and the door gasket looks good. Emailed GE, hopefully a service call will fix? Can’t put anything in that is perishable, not happy with my purchase
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback on your newly purchased refrigerator.
If the refrigerator is running but not cooling at all or is not cold enough, several factors may influence the temperature. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=21185
We recommend scheduling the service appointment with our technicians. They would be able to come out and diagnose everything. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
We hope this helps, and if you need additional assistance, please reach out. -Charlie@GEA
Lots of space and designed for garage use. Trays on doors mean easy to remove and clean and no more stuff falling between guard rails on shelf and shelf bottom
