Good Fridge

So far so good. It's very similar to my previous fridge. Runs pretty quiet. If you have the fridge in a warmer room or a garage you will probably need to change the freezer temperature control up one level. Bonus - this fridge has two separate controls for the refrigerator and the freezer. Some fridges have one control for both, which could be a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Damaged. Misrepresented in ad as stainless steel.

Was a damaged product when we unboxed it. Sides of fridge are not stainless steel. Bought as it said available in store. Once payment went through I was notified it wasn’t available for 3 weeks or so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that the refrigerator arrived damaged. This is certainly not normal operation, nor the quality that we expect. As for the side panels of the refrigerator, models that are listed as Stainless Steel have stainless on the doors, and the case of the refrigerator is textured and can be black or gray.
Since the refrigerator arrived damaged, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for a replacement. If you should have any issues with that, you can refer to page 21 of the owners manual at the link below for instructions on how to initiate a warranty claim:

Matches my other appliances in Slate. Smaller than I thought it would be. Louder than previous refrigerator. Only had it 3 days.

Likes: Runs quite, Looks nice,
Dislikes: Arived with a dent in the door, Ice cube maker is very noisy, No light in the top freezer compartment, All shelving and compartments in this model have been lowered, you have to bend over to get stuff.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
