Having trouble getting my temperatures right

Like the overall layout of the unit but I’m having a hard time getting the temperature right for the freezer and refrigerator. The freezer likes to stay about 8 degrees Fahrenheit and the refrigerator likes to stay about 44/45 degrees Fahrenheit when the settings are set on 3 which is the recommended settings.

Our refrigerator broke on a holiday weekend when we had a house full of guests coming. Replaced it with this model and it did its job perfectly even with all of the guests in and out of it all weekend.

This is a nice refrigerator for the price. It is much smaller inside than I expected. While the shelves are adjustable, to make the top shelf taller, the other 2 shelves become incredibly small. Also, I'm disappointed that the compartment on the door is too small to keep egg cartons in. This is perfect for a smaller family and it does work well. We were limited to the price and what would fit in our enclosure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything's working great! Got the gray color and looks great in my garage. Only qualm is that when it was delivered, there's a bit of a ding on the lower left side of the door. Also, had to get a couple of rubber door stops to prevent the unit from moving every time you open the fridge door.
