refrigerator and freezer not cooling

We had this garage ready refrigerator/freezer install 7/8/24 in the garage with the dials set at the recommended number (3). The refrigerator did not go below 53 We adjusted dials to 4 and the temp went to 50. The dials are now set to 5 and the temp is now 42 while not opening the doors for 3 days. In the freezer the Ice Cream is soft. We have only open the doors to check the temp

Stylish GE top freezer refrigerator with stainless steel door. Lots of storage space. It replaced a 30 year old GE refrigerator which was trouble free.

LED Light did not even last two years

LED Light stopped working and the unit is less than two years old. In looking into issue, it appears that the entire housing needs to be replaced and it a very expensive repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

less than 3 months in already broken drawer

I love the space inside this refrigerator. We've had it now 2.5 months and the deli drawer has already broken. We are not rough with our things I'm not sure what to even do about it. Who to ask and if its even covered. Very disappointed In that

Not Happy With This Purchase

This refrigerator can barely maintain adequate temperature at the lowest setting. It replaces a 25 year old Frigidaire of the same cubic ft capacity that would freeze milk if set lower that half the span of the temperature control. Also, due to the oversized freezer section it has a much smaller refrigerator section where more space is needed. One less shelf, miniscule crisper drawers. Everything in the refrigerator is lower due to the oversized freezer requiring you to get down on your knees to see items on the back of the lower shelf.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate and wrote to ge to tell them, they as much as said go away we closed our ears to you. Don,t bother us. I hate, I bump my head o freezer pour setup. Had 4 service cLls for Icd In freezer. I hate the shelving,it is so deep and LOW TO FLOOR HAVE TO GET ON FLOOR PRACTA ALLY TO FIND Nt thing in back part of it. Shelf on door bottom one have to go across the floor to see what is in it. I HATE IT WANTED DIFFERENT ONE WAS TOLD ,Haha. No way. I DO HATE IT I AM TOO OLD TOO CRAWL TO GET THINGS OUT OF IT AND BUMP MY HEAD IN PROCESS.

Great sized freezer

Bought for the garage to always have meat to smoke or grill on the Big Green Egg. A beer or two when grilling is the other best part. Overall great unit, ready to plug and rock n roll. Works great and the large freezer was exactly what I was looking for!

We haven't had it very long but the dimensions were all the same as our last refrigerator with the exception of the depth. Although it's only 2 inches deeper there is so much more room, especially in the freezer
