Wonderful capacity and organization. I wish the crisper drawers were just a little bigger and had humidity controls. Keeps temperature steady. Freezer is spacious even with ice maker installed. It is really loud when it drops the ice into the tray but otherwise noise is at a very tolerable level.

Great, but with an exception

The refrigerator missed being a 5 star due to its noise level. All other features are excellent but the manufacture could do a bit more sound proofing. I deal with its background sound as I do with my tinnitus, I have learned to ignore it.

I've only had it for 2 weeks, so it's hard to say. It looks great on the outside, but feels really light and cheaply made. The trays in the bottom don't fit or side in easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great, Except VERY loud.

Overall, our refrigerator/freezer is very nice and keeps our foods at the proper temperatures.
EXCEPT: the condenser fan is very very loud. I cannot believe this was as intended. Possibly it is not directing the fan air to the correct channels in the unit. Or the fan is faulty or not installed correctly.

My New refrigerator

I am comparing this new refrigerator to a 23-year-old refrigerator, my last one. I paid about the same price for the new one as I did the old one. I have no complaints about my new refrigerator. I installed an icemaker and put a light in the freezer. I've had it for a couple of weeks now. I see a leak of some kind of fluid in the bottom of the fridge. I have contacted GE Support but have yet to hear back from them. Compared to my 23-year-old fridge, the new one is smaller, has less insulation, and is of lesser quality overall. But what can one expect these days? I hope the new fridge lasts 5 to 8 years.
