Have had it only a month, but it is just what I wanted. Easy for me to get to everything, and has a lot of room and freezer space. Love the slate color which is very easy to clean. It is very quiet running.

Rattled when plugged in. Repairman had to fix.

Repairman installed five zip ties in freezer to stop the fan from knocking. Not sure if a screw was missing or it needs to be fixed with engineering. Drove my Tennant nuts for a week. She also misses a light in the freezer.
Fine frig otherwise. Nice shelf adjustability.

This can be accomplished by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET and Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET, or by visiting https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
