From the selection at the store to the delivery it was very efficient. I had a much older fridge in my garage but sadly after 19 years it died. I was so thrilled to get my new fridge! I love the inside configuration of the shelves and there's space for all of my cooking supplies and leftovers (and the hubby's beer)! Love, love it! Hope it lasts as long as my last one did!

The product is okay

I had to replace the initial refrigerator with another one. It was not keeping the food cold in the bottom compartment. I had to push it up to the no. 5 level instead of the recommended no. 3 level. The freezer was good. It took 3 weeks to get another replacement, not good. The 1st delivery people did not put the GE logo on and it was scratched, rush job! The replacement was good, and the delivery staff excellent and professional, what a difference! However when it got super hot in the house, I pushed it up to the no. 4 level. It’s okay, not great in keeping food cold in the bottom compartment. I took out a 5 yr warranty just to be safe for any repairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not cooling well

Freezer compartment had moisture, condensation, and icicles after 2-3 days. Technician sealed apparent opening in cabinet hoping to resolve.
Fresh food compartment only maintains about 40-41 degrees on coldest setting. Recommended temp for fresh food is 35-38 degrees.
Not acceptable for brand new refrigerator.
Next available technician visit is July 15.

My New GE Fridge

Nice streamline appearance, stainless and black. Simple and easy to clean while giving plenty of room and size accommodations. Dual temp control is a nice feature... My old refrigerator was very complicated and supposedly state of the art, computer operated the fan etc., Parts were no longer available to fix.

We love this refrigerator so far! It’s small but works perfectly in our space. I like the LED lighting in the fridge and the temperature controls. I wish there was a light in the freezer but it’s not a deal breaker for us. The outside looks beautiful. I wanted it in Biscuit, but we couldn’t wait for the special order and we got stainless and it looks great! We had to downsize because of the space we have but we haven’t really noticed it feeling like there is less space. The shelves are nice and spacious and the drawers are nice too

Bought as a basement fridge, So far so good. Very light unit that is easily moved into basements etc. set at the factory settings it got everything very cold very quickly.
