I scheduled my second service for this fridge/freezer. Still not freezing items in freezer . I am hoping with this visit they can make it right

I have had GE refrigerators for the last 30 years. My last GE refrigerator lasted for 17 years. The only negative is the refrigerator is low, have to bend over to see or get anything out of it. I don't have filters to change. I have plenty of room a matter of fact the freezer is bigger and the design makes it roomier.
I would recommend this to a friend!
